When measuring for a collar, use a string or flexible measuring tape to measure around your dog’s neck where you want the collar to sit. The fit should be snug with enough space to comfortably fit 2 fingers underneath. Our collars are custom made, with the center hole being the ordered size and 2 adjustments at half-inch increments up and down from the center hole. For example, a 15″ collar will allow adjustments from 14″ to 16″.

Typical lead time to produce products is 4-6 weeks. During busy times, this may increase to up to 8 weeks. We always do our best to get your order made and shipped as soon as possible. Once products are shipped, a tracking will be provided.
