Radical Canines

Radical Canines uses high quality materials to create worry free dog gear that you can trust. Unfortunately, we know things happen and will replace any material failure that may occur including buckles, snaps, screws, D-rings, or O-rings snapping or breaking. This does not include damage caused by dogs or humans during everyday use including marks on biothane from hardware, finish wearing, color changes from sun exposure, scratching, damage from biting or chewing, or hardening/cracking over time. Our collars and leashes are designed to be low maintenance. If they get dirty or wet simply rinse them off and pat dry. It’s that simple! The braided detail is heat sealed but may fray over time. You can safely trim or carefully melt the frays away. Certain dogs’ coats may be produce more oil, this may cause the coating to harden and/or crack over time. Similarly, use of certain topicals or chemicals such as those on flea and tick collars may also cause the coating to harden and/or crack over time.

Due to the custom nature of these handmade items, we have a non-refundable, no return policy. If your order is incorrect due to an error on our part or there is a defect or issue due to the craftmanship, please reach out so that we can work to correct it with you.
